- How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 1 hour by using the cancellation link in your confirmation email. Scroll down to find the section titled “Changed your mind?”.
If more than 60 minutes have passed, please send an email to support@pedalius.com, and we’ll help you find an alternative solution.
- I canceled my order by mistake. Can I reinstate it?

- I canceled my order but I'm not sure if it went through. Can you confirm?
If you canceled your order using the link in your confirmation email, you’ll receive a cancellation confirmation email once the cancellation is successful.
If you did not receive a confirmation, email us at support@pedalius.com with your original order number, and we’ll check for you.

I don’t see the self-cancellation option! How can I cancel my order?
If your order includes a gift card, the self-cancel option may not appear. Please email us as soon as possible at support@pedalius.com with your order number and your request to cancel or modify the order, and we’ll take care of it.
